Naturalizing the New Norm
In adapting to current events and purchasing trends we have closed our showroom and moved our printing, embroidery, and trophy production to a smaller facility. We will no longer be meeting with customers in person but will be available by phone, text, or email. Need to show us something? We are happy to video chat.
While this does mean that placing and delivering orders will be different we are excited about all of the ways that these changes benefit our customers
We have also transitioned to online payments. If need to use a check or Purchase Order we can certainly do that, just contact us for more information.
Orders will be delivered by Postal Service, UPS, or courier. As a safety precaution no longer offer in person pick up.
As we all get used to the “new normal” we find ourselves saying more and more - “Why didn’t we do this earlier?”
